                         Technical Events


Paper Presentation

Description

        It`s time to unleash the technical fundamental knowledge and the talent within you. The stage has been set to listen to your words. Take up the challenge to drive home your genuine ideas and understanding. Who knows this could be your first step to fame and glory!


Rules
  • Any paper related to Electrical and Electronics is allowed.
  • Maximum of two authors.
  • Abstract should be within one page.
  • Bring a soft copy and hard copy of your paper (preferably in IEEE format) while coming to HEESYM'18.


Project Presentation



Description

  • Project presentation is a technical event in which the participants should prepare their project at home and they have to bring the project to demonstrate before the judges.
  • There is only one round and the best is chosen by the judges and the prizes are given away.
 

Rules
  • Each team can have maximum of 2 members. 
  • The competition is open to UG students.
  • Members should have a valid college ID cards.
  • A team members can participate in project presentation who have registered.
  • Partial output are considered.
  • All selected participants will receive participate certificate.    
    Circuit Debugging

    Description 

     "You think only coders can debug?Should the Medicos be that proud of debugging people? Come,let us prove them all wrong.Presenting electronics debugging,where the EEE geeks bring out their debugging powers." 
       In this round 10 special electronics related circuits will be given.Time provided for the round is 20 mins.Participants are required to have basic knowledge of electronics.

    Rules
    • Every team should have max of 2 members.
    • Every team has to register for HEESYM2K18.
    • The decision of judges shall be treated as final.

        Technical Quiz


          Description

          HEESYM'18 technical QUIZ is a platform for students of ENGINEERING colleges which will encourage the spirit of competitiveness and accelerate learning with in the student community.

        Round-1 
        • This round is aimed to screen the number of teams to maximum 4 team for the next Quiz masters round.
        • A question paper consisting of 20 questions will be given to each team,each carry 2 marks
        • The teams own a negative of 1 mark for every wrong answer.
        • Time duration for this round is 20 minutes only
         Round-2
        •  This event is aimed at verdict out the best team and the quiz masters. The team which scores highest point will be the winner.

          Description

          Round-1
          •  The picture is shown to the participants for 15 seconds. 
          Rules
          • The participants should bring their college ID cards.
          • They should have to register for the event. 
          • The team should contain max of 2 members.

            PUBG 


              Description

              Round
              •          Rooms will be created for the match.(Erangel Only).
                                   
               Rules
              • The participants should bring their college ID cards.
              • The participants should register for the event.
              • The team should contain 1 members.
              • The Hackers are prohibited 

                Best Manager 




                Description

                Round-1
                • A set of questions are displayed one by one related to current affairs.  
                Round-2
                • The selected team is provided with a product.
                • They should prepare a advertisement and act on the stage.
                • The score is given by the judges.  
                Rules
                • The participants should bring their college ID card.
                • The participants should register for the event.
                • The team should contain 2 members.
                • The time of preparation is 2 mins.
                • The time for the performance is 2 mins.
                • The product ad should satisfies the audience.
